Your Role:
As the Head of SAP CX Sales, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth in the Nordic region. Your primary focus will be on establishing Langia as the go-to SAP CX partner, building strategic relationships with clients, and delivering tailored solution offerings that address their unique needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and ensure the successful implementation of SAP CX solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed the sales targets for SAP Customer Experience products.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve top performance and sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on product positioning, key benefits, and target customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and enhance the company’s competitive position.
- Provide detailed sales forecasting and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
- Negotiate large-scale contracts and partnerships.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and professional associations to enhance brand visibility and network expansion.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, within the technology or consulting industry.
- Extensive experience with SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions, including SAP Commerce Cloud, Emarsys, SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC), SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP) and/or SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C).
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes, customer journey mapping, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate client requirements into innovative solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
